Giving Honor to Our Inspiring Women of Wisdom
Cause N Effect Corporation is a majority owned women company. We honor the talents and contributions of women globally. We recognize the need for equality in all aspects of society. Thank you for being a part of our community. We wanted to take a moment to reflect on two trailblazing women in politics in honor of this year’s theme: “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion”
Oscar winning Regina King stars in Netflix’s Shirley, for us to view the legacy of Shirley Chisholm, the first Black woman elected to Congress and run for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1972. She was born in Brooklyn, and advocated for education reform and civil rights.

Next we highlight Ayanna Pressley. We particularly relish this quote because many of us are cultivated from a legacy from a long line of phenomenal women. Women are essential to effective politics in America.
